Resteazy is a family household management app. We take privacy seriously and build the product to keep your family's data with your family.

What we collect

• Account info: your name, email, and an optional profile photo.
• Household content: events, tasks, chores, recipes, documents, and other items you add to the app.
• Device info: device model, OS version, and crash diagnostics.

How we use it

• To operate the app and sync your household across devices.
• To send notifications you opt into (event reminders, invites, push alerts).
• To improve reliability via aggregated, non-identifying diagnostics.

AI features

When you use the AI assistant, your prompt and relevant household context are sent to our backend, which forwards a redacted version to our AI provider (OpenAI). We strip emails and phone numbers from logs. We never sell or share prompts.

Sharing

We never sell your data. Household content is only visible to invited members of your household. We share data with service providers (e.g. Supabase for hosting, Stripe for billing, Postmark for email) strictly to operate the service.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Contact support@resteazy.ai with any privacy request.
